What is Core De Force?
|Core De Force is an explosive mixed martial arts-inspired total body workout designed by Beachbody Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews to blast fat and carve your waist in just 30 days – with no equipment.|
How long is the challenge?
It is a 30 day program.
How long are the workouts?
They range from 30-45 minutes.

The Core de Force Workouts are Broken Down into 3 Types of Workouts
- Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations
- Bodyweight training that sculpts and tones
- Explosive cardio intervals to max your calorie burn
There are 10 total workouts and they are set up like how a boxer trains in 3 minute rounds. You have have to go all out as hard as you possibly can for those 3 minutes. They also teach a combination with a “spike move” to spike your heart rate. This will help you burn more fat and calories.
Is there a trainer doing a modified program?
Yes, and she is an AWESOME real person!
Will I need any special equipment?
Nope, all you need is your body.
Could I do this program if my body requires low impact workouts?
Yes, you will just have to modify the jumping moves.
Are there any pictures of the results of this program?
I personally am SOOOOO excited for this to launch on November 1st! I believe it may be my SOULMATE workout.
